Is this project tax-exempt? Will tax exempt certificate be provided? Yes, certificate will be provided. Do we need to include a mortar bed under the tile? No. Where on-site will the VA provide space for the equipment to be moved to? There is an area available to store, floor plan included. The area is currently open and construction tools are there now. Some equipment, such as Ecolab equipment, is under service contract. Do we need to involve certain companies or is the expectation that it is all covered by contractor? Yes, the vendor for the dishwashing equipment is Hobart and shall be covered by contractor awarded the project.
