## Description

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to upgrade / replace the existing HVAC system with a new and updated system having proper installation and a manufacturer’s warranty at the Fisher house number 1 building located at 7485 Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, TX 78229.
