The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 is seeking sources for the following procurement: Relocation of Mobile Unit on Skids; Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, rigging, equipment, permits, traffic control, and coordination required to inspect, plan and move existing mobile unit on skids. BACKGROUND Amarillo VA Health Care System Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center Engineering Services 6010 Amarillo Boulevard, West Amarillo, TX 79106 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The Amarillo VA Health Care System has a requirement for on-site relocation of an existing mobile unit mounted on skids from its current location to a new designated location within VA property at the Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center. See attached SOW for the performance requirements. RESPONSE If interested, please provide the following information in a response: 1. Name of Company 2.
