**Request for Proposals Project Details:** Provide all necessary work and services to upgrade the HVAC systems for the 1st Floor Lab of the Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital as part of the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS). Work includes general construction, alterations, removal of existing utilities, and certain other items, as indicated on the project plans and specifications.
