**Requirement:** The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 17, Pathology and Laboratory Medical Service Department at North Texas Veterans Health Care System, 4500 South Lancaster, Dallas, Texas 75216 requires a base contract with one option year time purchase, Firm Fixed price contract to Bruker Scientific LLC. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The intent is to procure the referenced services on a sole-source basis. No solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this requirement is 811210.
