**Requirement:** The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 17, Heart Center Services Department at Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center, 7400 Merton Minter Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78229 requires a one time purchase, Firm Fixed price contract to Abbott Laboratories Inc. The intent is to procure the referenced services on a sole-source basis.
