The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about May 9, 2025, with a closing date for proposals on or about May 27, 2025. The solicitation will be available for download from Contract Opportunities at SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities. Interested contractors may download copies of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. No hard copies will be made available. The solicitation provides full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the Contract Opportunities website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. The Government will perform a comparative evaluation in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) to evaluate offers and anticipates making a single award of fixed price contract for this requirement. The NAICS Code is 492110. The solicitation will be issued as an SDVOSB set-aside. All responsible sources may submit proposals which shall be considered by the Agency. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base at sam.gov. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website and register as soon as possible to avoid delays should they be selected for a contract award.
