We require this continuity for a period of November 20, 2024 to November 19, 2025 with 4 Option Periods. (See Attachment A - Statement of Work (SOW)). Natus Medical Inc., is the only contractor that is capable to provide these services, due to the highly specialized services required under this contract, discontinued use would result in substantial duplication of cost to the government that is not expected to be recovered through competition and will result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency s requirements. This procurement is being conducted using commercial items procedures pursuant to FAR Part 13, specifically FAR 13.106-1(b) allowing the Contracting Officer (CO) to solicit from one source in the interest of brand name. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is, 621999 All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services.
