## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Texas Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System (VATVCBHCS) has a requirement for Software Support for the LYNX Server Model #LYNXS-R5-UP. They seek annual Software Support Agreement to manage, maintain and/or troubleshoot anomalies with the LYNX Duress System. The LYNX system is an efficient communication tool for emergency responders, providing clear and straightforward instructions to anyone situated at or near a network workstation. Having the necessary support agreement ensures software updates to address any patient safety gaps and enhances our ability to identify and rectify unexpected incidents.
