## Description

Urgent Building 44 Warehouse Chiller Dallas VA medical center 4500 S. Lancaster Rd, Dallas TX 75216. Underground water leak at Herzog site causing erosion and foundation issues at the location. . Remove and dispose of current Warehouse Chiller. . Provide and install Daikin or Carrier 30-ton chiller .

Chiller shall be- Galvanized steel construction, 500-hr salt spray rating / Multiple scroll type compressors on resilient rubber isolators / Dual refrigerant circuits, factory charged with R-32 refrigerant / Across the line start / Victaulic evaporator connections / BACnet/MSTP / Controls / transformer / Totally enclosed condenser fan motors / Factory run tested prior to shipment / Standard 1st year parts only warranty.

460/3/60 / Aluminum alloy microchannel condenser coils / Louvered hail guards / BACnet Building Automation System Interface / Factory authorized start-up / 1st Year labor warranty on compressors only / Additional 4 years parts warranty on compressors . Ensure the Chiller is installed and operational. . Ensure pumps are and internal systems are functioning properly. . Set programing and ensure working properly. . Clean up work area. . The contractor shall ensure the work site is clearly marked and blocked off.
