SCOPE OF WORK The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, for installation of the interior pathway (handhole at 5-foot perimeter to the DEMARC room, B100) and build-out of a new IT Facility Entrance room (C108). The building exterior pathway construction (handhole to manhole) and installation of fiber optic cabling through the whole pathway shall be accomplished via separate service contract between AT&T and the VA. The Contractor shall properly coordinate with VA personnel and AT&T to ensure the complete and fully functional installation of the new communications infrastructure. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45 M. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below.
