Description of Services: The contractor shall provide must be able to provide full contract support immediately upon award of a resulting order. The vendor will provide full maintenance support for the items listed below. This contract shall provide for maintenance services for which the item to be repaired will be sent to the vendor for repair. It shall include all systems, subsystem components, and assemblies, (i.e.: the contractor responsible for total maintenance of the entire unit). All maintenance provisions shall apply to hardware, firmware, and software, as appropriate, unless otherwise stated. See referenced attachments for description of work and equipment list: SOW Dental Handpieces Period of Performance: 07/10/2024-07/09/2029 NCO 17 is seeking sources that have the capability of providing these services. Firms that can provide these services are encouraged to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact. Capable firms must respond to the POC no later than 10AM CST on May 5, 2024, to be considered. Interested firms must identify their company name, SAM UEI number, socioeconomic category, and are asked to provide a capabilities statement with their response. This notice is NOT a formal request for quotes or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists currently. The information in this notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government. No contract will be awarded from this notice.
