Table A provides the Serial number, EE number, robot name and location of the sixteen (16) Xenex Pulsed Xenon Broad Spectrum Ultraviolet Room Disinfection Robots to be serviced. In the event service cannot be completed on campus, the contractor will provide a loaner Xenex Broad Spectrum Ultraviolet Room Disinfection Robot at no cost to CTVHS until the Xenex Broad Spectrum Ultraviolet Room Disinfection Robot can be returned, set up and working properly at its designated area.
