## Description

Special Notice Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 17, intends to conduct a sole source award action with RLS USA INC for the following items and services: 36C25723C0110.

The proposed modification is to increase the quantities of the following items and services in the contract: Ga-68 PSMA, Increase Quantity: 37 DC Accuracy Calibration, Increase Quantity: 10 A follow-on contract for the items and services in contract 36C25723C0110 was solicited as unrestricted full and open competition under RFP 36C25724R0056, award is pending. This notice is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals.

A contract will not be awarded based on an offer received in response to this notice. If no affirmative written response is received within 7 business days from the publication of this notice, the proposed modification request will be forwarded to RLS USA INC without any further notice.
