## Description

Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, is seeking sources for the following procurement: Equipment Maintenance Services, Annual;

**Models:**

**Dialog+ and Dialog+ Evolution, Manufacturer:** B. Braun Medical Inc., Quantity: 27 Services to be performed at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, 7400 Merton Minter, San Antonio, TX 78229. B. Braun provided a letter stating that they are the only known source of replacement parts and that any third-party service provider must have completed their technical training program. NCO 17 is seeking sources from firms that can provide these services.

Firms that can provide these items/services are encouraged to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact by email. Capable firms must respond to the POC before the closing date and time of the RFI to be considered. Capable firms must identify their company name and are encouraged to provide a capabilities statement (if readily available) and any applicable Braun technical training program certificate(s) with their response. This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals.

No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The information in this notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government. No contract will be awarded from this notice. Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement If no affirmative written response is received from this notice, the government reserves the right to place a contract or order with B. Braun Medical, Inc. as a sole source procurement without any further notice.

The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for the requirement will be 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
