DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: 1. The Contractor shall provide Grand Prairie PACT Clinic Signage for VANTHCS. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, management supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform all Meeting Pod installation tasks and functions. 2. The Contractor shall provide a quote to purchase and install all Grand Prairie PACT Clinic Signage required. Please see attached Statement of Work and Attachment A1 & A2. Location: Grand Prairie VA PACT Clinic, 2737 Sherman Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75051-1027 NCO 17 is seeking sources that have the capability of providing these services. Firms that can provide these services are encouraged to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact. Capable firms must respond to the POC no later than 3PM CST on May 15, 2024, to be considered.
