DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: 1. The Contractor shall provide Meeting Pods for VANTHCS. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, management supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform all Meeting Pod installation tasks and functions. 2. The Contractor shall provide a quote to purchase and install all Meeting Pods required. Please see attached Statement of Work and Attachment A. Location: North Texas VA Medical Center, 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, Texas 75216 NCO 17 is seeking sources that have the capability of providing these services. Firms that can provide these services are encouraged to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact. Capable firms must respond to the POC no later than 3PM CST on May 13, 2024, to be considered. Interested firms must identify their company name, SAM UEI number, socioeconomic category, and are asked to provide a capabilities statement with their response.
