The BioTek Synergy H1 Hybrid Multi-Mode Reader (S/N 1710302E) is a critical piece of equipment used by researchers at the Center of Excellence (CoE) and must be fully operational and up to quality control standards to support multiple funded research studies. Contractors shall provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work and this is anticipated to be a Base + 4-year option renewal. This notice of intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and compelling evidence that the responding company can provide the same items/services, and that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
