YORK Centrifugal Chillers located at the Garland VA Campus. And will include, but not limited to: New Cooling Tower Fill, Louvers, Tower Supports and Brackets, Makeup Fill Valves, Nozzles, Basin Heaters, Vibration Switches, and Repair or Replacement of the Structural Components of load bearing nature associated with Cooling Towers - Motor Supports, and Gear Box Supports if needed. Disposal of removed materials. Includes 6-month Rental (900 ton) Cooling Tower with tie into Condenser Water System at the Cooling Tower Yard. Crane service, lifts, and scaffolding needed are included. Operational testing and vibration analysis included.
