The project includes, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall completely prepare site for construction operations. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to demolish and remove existing 41 x 38 concrete and mow strip, 18 x 18 masonry footing and 7 each posts embedded in concrete. Contractor shall replace with 7 each post holes and set in concrete; pour new mow strip, install new matching square masonry column with stone cap, install matching Ameristar ornamental panels . All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work, and Drawings.
