## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 17 (NCO 17) intends to make a Sole Source award to L1 Enterprises to provide Item ID NO. 122549 Nephroscope MIP M and other accessories. This contract will be awarded as a onetime buy SDVOSB sole source with an ultimate completion date ending in 2024. The VA North Texas Healthcare System (VANTHCS) has a need of this equipment to perform minimally invasive PCNL procedure.

The purchased consoles and endoscopic cameras, located in the Operating Room, are only compatible with the minimally invasive nephroscope manufactured by Karl Storz Endoscopy. L1 Enterprises is the only known SDVOSB partner & authorized distributor for this manufacturer. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. No RFQ will be issued.
