Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the Contract Opportunities website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. The Government will perform a comparative evaluation in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) to evaluate offers and anticipates making a single award of fixed price contract for this requirement. The NAICS Code is 492110. The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit proposals which shall be considered by the Agency. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base at sam.gov.
