## Description

The Amarillo VA Health Care System’s Thomas E. Creek hospital located in Amarillo, Texas, and the VA Medical Clinic in Lubbock, Texas require 1 year of monthly, semi-annual, and annual preventative maintenance services for the water purification DI water (deionization) systems. Both, the Amarillo VA Hospital, and Lubbock Medical Clinic require a monthly inspection of all components of the water purification system in addition to water testing for Bac-T (HTP) and Endotoxin levels.
