Contractor shall provide Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) hazardous waste, universal waste and recyclables disposal to include manifesting, packing, removal, transportation, disposal, and/or treatment to the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) at Temple and Waco, TX.
