Additional market research was conducted through GSA Advantage, GSA e-library, FPDS, SBA, DSBS, and VetBiz. GSA Advantage and GSA -library resulted in two SDVOSB. Two oral solicitations was distributed and there were no responses from synopsis/solicitation posted contract opportunities. Further research was conducted, and it was discovered that IAC is the sole manufacturer of the Biomedical Work Bench, and they partner with a SDVOSB vendor. – Seva Technical Services, INC. A search in GSA revealed that Seva Technical Services, INC. is an authorized vendor and has a FSS contract. 6. BRAND NAME ONLY: This buy is estimated not to exceed $25,000 and this documentation will be posted along with the RFQ on e-Buy, as required by FAR 8.405-1(e). 7.
