## Description

**Award Notice:** resulting from solicitation 36C25723B0053; Network Contracting Office, NCO17, has awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract, 36C25724C0041, for The West Texas VA Health Care System (WTVAHCS) in Big Spring, TX Contract Requirements: The Central Texas VA Health Care System has award requirement to renovate an outpatient clinic. This acquisition will include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision to perform the required work to renovate OPC per the plans and specifications.

Contractor Shall use the Plans & Specifications, 519-19-700. The scope of this project will require coordination between the contactor, COR and VA staff. Ultimately the means and methods to perform this work and determine a sequence of work will be determined by the contractor.
