All maintenance shall be performed by a factory-trained representative on the ACS Optimus systems. A completed preventative maintenance checklist shall be provided to the COR for the annual PMs. The Contractor shall call the COR, in advance, to confirm that the equipment can be serviced at a time agreeable to the VA.
