This procurement will be made under the statutory authority of FAR 6.302 1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. **Description of Requirement:** VHSO currently utilizes ScriptPro automation and workflow technology across two pharmacy locations and three CBOC pharmacist operations. This includes outpatient dispensing robots, data interface terminals, kiosk queueing systems, signature-capture systems, and inpatient remote viewing equipment. All existing hardware and software operate on Windows 10, which reached end-of-life on October 14, 2025, and no longer receives security updates, creating a risk of noncompliance with VA cybersecurity requirements and potential removal from the VA network.
