The contractor shall provide support services including on site repairs, telephone response, preventive maintenance, updates, hardware and firmware support, installation, parts, and labor for the Stryker Endoscopy ProCare system supporting GI equipment. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. Due to the unique characteristics and proprietary nature of the equipment and required servicing, Stryker is the only responsible source capable of meeting the Government s requirements. Interested parties may submit a capabilities statement no later than April 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST to tiffany.burks@va.gov. Please include Notice of Intent STRYKER in the subject line. Capabilities statements must provide clear and unambiguous evidence demonstrating the ability to provide the required services. Responding as an interested party on www.beta.sam.gov does not constitute sufficient evidence of capability.
