All services provided by the Contractor shall meet or exceed all applicable standards of The Joint Commission (JC). Contractor shall be responsible for providing either a partial or full autopsy (as indicated on the Authorization for Autopsy form), including standard gross and microscopic samplings, photography, neuropathology, and toxicology on cadavers prepared for transportation to the Contractor s facility. Cadavers shall be transported from the VAMC to the Contractor s location by the Contractor.
