Special Notice Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) currently owns multiple GEM Synovis Microsurgery Instrument Sets. The ENT Service is in need of these instrument sets’ par level to be increased. These instruments are designed for precision handling during surgical procedures and are only manufactured by GEM Synovis. The instruments must be matched to currently owned sets at MEDVAMC
