## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to remove the following language from Section E.1 3a (4th bullet): “Offeror’s Personnel Licensing: The offeror shall submit a current copy of certification by the Elevator Safety Division at the Arkansas Department of Labor and Licensing, or evidence it will obtain the required certification within five (5) days of the performance start date if awarded this contract.”
