If required, the contractor is also responsible for disassembling and reassembling the metal awning above the entrance to the courtyard, as it’s connected to some of the vertical frames and it may prevent contractors from accessing some of the window frames. Delivery: Vendor shall deliver equipment no later than 30-days from the date of award. One unit to be delivered to each of the following sites Monday – Friday (Excluding National Holidays), 8am – 4:30pm: Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System 2200 Fort Roosts Dr North Little Rock, AR. 72114 A site visit for this requirement will be held on Wednesday 1/28/26 @ 10:00am CST.
