## Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, 1500 E. Woodrow Wilson Ave., Jackson, MS 39216, with continuous rentals of Operating Room Laparoscopic Equipment and a new rental request for ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) and Urology assisted by on site to assist with specified intervals and on the requested days scheduled. Each day or part-day on which a specific contractor supplies the VAMC are being used. The contractor must ensure all equipment is maintained and operates in a correct and safe manner as intended and designed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
