The Vendor shall provide software subscription and system support service agreement for the existing eVideon patient television system at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) and its community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCs). The contract covers all necessary software, application maintenance, updates, system enhancement, subscriptions, and database management required to ensure full functionality of the eVideon system. It is intended to maintain continual access to television channels, movies, and educational content for veterans. The period of performance shall be for Base plus four option years beginning April 18, 2026, to April 17, 2027.
