## Description

**11/19/2025:** CANCELLATION - Effective 11/19/2025, Combined Synopsis Solicitation 36C25626Q0164 is hereby cancelled in its entirely. The Alexandira Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (VAHCS) no longer has a need for the procurement of counseling and mailing out of home sleep study devices. Alexandria VAHCS will procurement home sleep study devices in-house and provide all of the counseling and mailing out directly through the Alexandria VAHCS facility.

**11/14/2025:** Questions and Answers number 1 through 8 are hereby incorporated as an attachment to this combined synopsis solicitation; see attachment herein. All other terms and conditions including the response time remain unchanged.
