This procurement is being conducted under Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12.102(a) Restricting Competition and FAR 5.001 Notice of Proposed Contract Action. This notice is not a request for quotes, but rather a notice of intent to sole source. The anticipated award date is 01 January 2026. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-price contract. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes and is being posted for informational purposes only. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice.
