This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 (effective 10/01/2025). This competitive solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310, with a Small Business size standard of $12.5 million. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for a base plus four (4) option years. Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Small Business Administration (SBA). SDVOSB and VOSB contractors are also required to be active in and shall be verified/listed in the SBA VetCert. Quotes may be considered non-compliant and rejected if the Contracting Officer is unable to verify active registration status. The Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO-16) is seeking a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform annual inspections, tagging and repair of seventeen (17) control air, medical air, and medical vacuum compressors at various sites at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) in North Little Rock and Little Rock, AR in accordance with the included Performance Work Statement (PWS).
