TIMS 2000 SP medical cart has been in use by Speech and Pathology at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System for several years. The TIMS medical cart is at end of cycle and needs to be replaced with a new system. The TIMS 2000 allows providers to capture dynamic images of oral pharyngeal and esophageal phases of the swallow diagnostics as well as therapeutic purposes. The OEM, TIMS Medical a division of Foresight Imaging LLC, is the exclusive manufacturer of the TIMS 2000 SP medical cart. Foresight Imaging LLC is the only authorized distributor for the trade in program for the TIMS medical carts. The place of performance is SLVHCS, 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The intended Contractor is Foresight Imaging LLC, located at 1 Executive Drive, Suite 202, Chemlsford, MA 01824 USA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is, 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing - Product of Service Code for this requirement is 6516, Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment and Supplies. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this sector is 1000 employees. This notice of intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made based on unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice.
