Evaluation and removal of existing aboveground fuel tank with established construction limits to include, but not limited to, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. 2.) Modernization/upgrade of MEP/Safety components for existing underground fuel tank (to remain) and New tank to include all necessary MEP/Safety components. 3.) The construction and design team final cost included shall include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, professional fees, administration, supervision, and transportation as necessary to perform all work in accordance with the selected design concept.
