## Description

**Amendment 0001:** Questions from potential offeror are posted. Answers provided. RFQ closing date extended until 10/14/2014. See the attached PDF file containing the amendment. Repair, maintenance, and storage of Durable Medical Equipment at the Little Rock Arkansas VA Medical Center. Services to be performed in accordance with the terms of the include Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This soliciation is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.

Offerors must sign the Limitations on Subcontracting certification to be considered for award. This is a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract.
