RFQ 36C25625Q1470 Question and Answer Reponses The purpose of this amendment is to:

Clarify that this requirement is LPTA for brand name or equal to products. Clarify that all CLIN 0001-4026 are all brand name or equal to products and the OEM for the CLINs listed is Werfen. Address the questions submitted in response to the solicitation question deadline of 3pm 09/09/2025. See below Vendor 1:

**Question:** Would it be possible to provide the manufacturer for the items on the subject RFQ as we can likely assist however, I am not able to find the source?

**Government Response:** The OEM for the items listed in the CLIN section is Werfen.
