The Vendor shall provide all necessary repairs, maintenance, and system support services that are required to ensure full functionality and capability on all equipment for the New Orleans Veterans Health Care System. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price service contract. The period of performance shall be twelve (12) months beginning September 15, 2025, to September 14, 2025.
