The proposed contractor; JOHNSON CONTROLS, INC is currently the sole provider of York Chiller Preventive Maintenance and Repair Service within the United States, excluding territories. NCO 16 intends to non-competitively award this requirement JOHNSON CONTROLS, INC or about 10-01-2025. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $12.5 Million. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice.
