This will be posted to contracting opportunities from 06/10/2025 through 06/25/2025 under NAICS 811210. The Vendor shall provide all necessary services agreement installing hardware, software updates, 24/7 technical assistance, and training personnel to use the system at the VAMC according to OEM. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price service contract. The period of performance shall be a base year with three option years beginning August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than 06/25/2025 at 10:00 am CST, to tiffany.conner@va.gov . When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to number 36C25625Q1009, Notice of Intent 36C25625Q1009 services agreement in the subject line. The capabilities statement must provide clear and Unambiguous Evidence to substantiate the capability of 3rd party to provide the required services. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal and facsimile responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
