The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Alcon Vision, LLC., located at 6201 South Fwy, Fort Worth, Texas 76134. Services will be for one (1) base year plus four (4) option years from 04/18/2025 through 04/17/2030 under NAICS 811210. The vendor shall provide all parts and services necessary to maintain Alcon Constellation LXT Vision System equipment. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; due to the unique characteristics needed for this service Alcon Vision, LLC. is the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Therefore, this service is typically procured through a Sole Source NAC Contract through VHA without competition under FAR 6.302-1. **REQUIRED SERVICES:** Contractor shall furnish all parts, maintenance kits, consumable and expendable items, and supplies necessary to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the equipment. All materials and services provided shall be according to the OEM specifications and guidelines. During scheduled service intervals, all parts including new batteries and accessories shall be replaced at no additional cost. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than 04/14/2025 at 8:00 AM CST, to marcus.sidney@va.gov .
