The purpose of this sources sought/RFI is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 339112 (size standard 1,000). Responses to this source sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this source sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this source sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 16 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide six (6) ENF-VH video rhino-laryngoscope that meet the following salient characteristics and specifications for Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital: System Requirements The system must have the following for the endoscope to work. Video system center Light source Monitor Specifications Optical system Field of View - 110-degrees Direction of view - 0-degree (forward viewing) Depth of field 5-50mm Distal end outer diameter 3.9mm Insertion tube outer diameter 3.6mm Insertion section working length 300mm Angulation rang up 130-degrees, down 130- degrees Total Length 510mm The Manufacture is Olympus The information identified above is intended to be descriptive, not restrictive and to indicate the quality of the supplies/services that will be satisfactory.
