## Description

The U.S. Government currently occupies office space in a building under a lease in Pearl, MS. The Government is considering a succeeding lease for a term of 10 (ten) years 5 (five) years firm at the current location, but will consider alternative space if economically advantageous, otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition with the current Lessor. The square footage is for 9,825 rentable square feet (RSF)/9,750 ABOA with 50 on-site parking spaces. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements.
