## Description

To provide labor and materials to replace approximately 25 windows a/c unit filters and filter elements in fan coil units per schedule (See attached listing). Algae tablets (VA supplied) will be added twice a year, and each unit to be vacuumed/cleaned inside with each filter change. Fan coil unit's motor.
