## Description

Special Notice Special Notice Page 2 of 2 *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 2 National Contracting Office (NCO) 16 intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed priced Contract for a period four months with a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), HurtVet Subcontracting LLC located at 1389 Center Drive, Suite 200, Park City, UT 84098. The Contractor shall contractor to perform installation of quick response fire sprinklers and ensure proper certification of the installed heads once completed and replace fire system pressure gauges per NFPA 20 in accordance with the Draft SOW to fulfill this requirement for the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center located at 510 East Stoner Avenue Shreveport, LA 71101-4243. Responses are due by 01-31-2022 at 10:00 am CST. Please review all attached documents.
